CA Technologies, an IT management software and solutions company, was looking for an HR outsourced partner who had domain knowledge of SAP, a footprint of their service center, as well as language support.
With NGA they deployed a global case management tool, HR Workspace. This tool is used by employees, HR business partners, and the HR service cetner to manage tickets in one environment. NGA also delivered an online employee file management system. CA Technologies' previous system was on paper and managed in one location, limiting their access to employee files. Through the solution NGA provided all of the files are now in one online system, on-demand, and available at anytime.
