Changing your payroll system is never easy, but integrating it with the Corporate HRIS and rolling out both systems at the same time is even more difficult. This, however, was the challenge set by Schneider Electric. Alain Grimaud, Head of the HRIS Projects Department at Schneider Electric France, and his teams have developed and put in place within several companies in the group in France, involving over 14,500 employees, a new HRIS integrating a SAP payroll system and a PeopleSoft application dedicated to Personnel Administration and Human Resources Management.
