Navigating the rapid changes that result from disruptive technologies is important to every department, but HR’s ability to manage the way workforces interact with disruption impacts a business’ foreseeable trajectory. 

A CHRO’s role in helping to effectively manage his or her company’s workforce is closely tied to change management and employee engagement practices. Both of these can be negatively impacted by two of the most prevalent disruptive technologies: Cloud computing and social networking.
